WHAT IS TRAIN THE TRAINER?
Our Train the Trainer program reviews training best practices and outlines ITS protocols for proctoring exams and conducting performance evaluations.
WHAT WILL I LEARN?
The one-day session gives you hands on experience so that upon completion of the Train the Trainer course, you’ll be able to
- Navigate the OnBoard® LMS as an evaluator and proctor
- Understand regulatory and legal issues related to performance evaluations and written evaluations
- Conduct performance evaluations and proctoring ITS written exams following best practices
IACET-ACCREDITED
Earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for completing the ITS Train the Trainer program. Leading colleges, universities, and corporations around the world issue IACET CEUs for accredited programs that demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality training that adheres to the nationally recognized standard. CEUs will be awarded upon completion of the course and an 80% score or higher on the knowledge exam.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
Navigate the OnBoard® Learning Management System (LMS) as an Evaluator/Proctor

- Navigate OnBoard® LMS & OnBoard® Connect app
- Identify steps for performance evaluators, proctors, and students in OnBoard® LMS & OnBoard® Connect app

- Identify critical elements of the OQ rule for conducting performance and written evaluations
- Identify legal and ethical issues related to performance and written evaluations

Identify ITS expectations for test security
Conduct performance evaluations and proctor ITS written exams following best practices

- Identify performance evaluations best practices and guidelines
- Identify elements of the process guides
- Recognize effective performance evaluation techniques
- Apply principles of effective performance evaluations
- Identify expectations for proctor conduct and responsibilities
- Identify the guidelines for administering online exams
- Ability to navigate and utilize the OnBoard® Connect app
* 0.3 CEUs (Continuing Education Credits) will be awarded upon completion of this course with an 80% score or higher on the knowledge exam.
TRAIN THE TRAINER POLICIES
This program is reserved specifically for ITS clients. All attendees must be employed by an ITS Approved User or Approved Provider that has an active contract. For more information, please call us at (800) 333-1566.
Postponement:
ITS reserves the right to postpone the training class if the minimum number of attendees has not been met 14 days prior to class. ITS will contact you by phone and email if the minimum attendance is not met. Full refunds will be given if you are unable to make the next scheduled Train the Trainer.
Cancellation Policy:
You will receive a refund if you cancel more than 14 business days in advance. A 20% processing fee will be deducted from each cancellation. ITS will refund 50% of the fee if you cancel within 14 business days of the training date. No-shows will NOT receive a refund.
Rescheduling Policy:
You may ask to switch training dates more than 14 days from the scheduled class without additional costs on the initial request. You must complete all rescheduled classes within a calendar year. A request to reschedule within 14 days of the class date may be subject to a $100 transfer fee. If other class dates are not convenient or are full, ITS will refund 50% of the class. You may reschedule only once.
