Train-the-Trainer program ensures quality and integrity at every step of the Operator Qualification process by starting at the source. Train-the-Trainer is designed to teach trainers how to facilitate the adult teaching-learning process, while outlining and explaining essential ITS examination and evaluation protocols.
Send your company representative to attend a single-day class hosted monthly at our company headquarters in Murray, Kentucky. We can also come to you and conduct an on-site class wherever it’s convenient.

We continuously monitor the performance of Authorized Evaluators through various methods including feedback from evaluation candidates. Only Authorized Evaluators may conduct ITS Operator Qualification evaluations.
We partner with Authorized Evaluators from all over the United States to provide DOT compliance training and Operator Qualification services to the pipeline industry.
Authorized Evaluators must complete online refresher training every 3 years. This enables the evaluator to stay up-to-date with Industrial Training Services, Inc. policies and procedures.

Ensuring a qualified workforce begins with ensuring a qualified trainer. Effective instructors are vital to dynamic and successful training programs. This course reviews the key concepts of the adult teaching-learning process.
Proctors are necessary to ensure that qualification candidates comply with all testing requirements and are responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of testing materials. This course reviews examination procedures and protocols.
Skill and ability evaluations confirm knowledge and test performance. This course reviews the key concepts for conducting skills and abilities performance evaluations.
Despite Onboard’s intuitive design, administrators can still benefit from learning the ins and outs of the system. The course reviews how to navigate the system, manage users and course assignments, run customized reports, setup automatic notifications, and much more.
IACET CEUs are offered by leading universities, colleges, associations, corporations and other institutions around the world. The common thread: they have successfully completed IACET’s rigorous accreditation process.
This designation of AP status is your assurance that a learning program has been verified to meet every element of the ANSI/IACET Standard for Continuing Education and Training. Any organization can offer a continuing education units, but only IACET APs have committed to the quality standards required to provide IACET CEUs. Organizations that issue IACET CEUs have demonstrated the commitment to develop and deliver high quality training that adheres to a nationally recognized Standard.
ITS reserves the right to postpone the training class if minimum number of attendees have not been met 14 days prior to class. ITS will contact each registrant by phone and email if minimum attendance is not met. Full refunds will be given to those not able to make the next scheduled TTT.
A refund will be given to those registrants cancelling more than 14 business days in advance. A 20% processing fee will be deducted from each cancellation. ITS will refund 50% of the fee for registrants cancelling within 14 business days of the training date.
No shows will NOT receive a refund.
Request made to switch training dates more than 14 days from the scheduled class will be granted without additional costs on initial request. All rescheduled classes must be done within a calendar year.
Request to reschedule within 14 days of the class date may be subject to a $100 transfer fee. If other class dates are not convenient or are full, ITS will refund 50% of the class.
