Evaluator & Proctor Monitoring (EPM) Program

To ensure ITS-trained and authorized evaluators are adhering to ITS standards, policies, and procedures on an ongoing basis, the EPS team conducts daily, proactive audits of evaluation records. Audit findings that indicate potential deviation from ITS policies and procedures or anomolies may lead to an evaluator assessment.

The EPS team randomly interviews a sampling of workers who have been tested and/or evaluated by ITS-authorized evaluators and proctors. The objective is to understand their experiences and identify any potential issues with how proctoring or evaluations were performed. Findings from this process may lead to an evaluator or proctor assessment. These QA reviews of proctors is unique in the industry, as is our nationwide network of authorized proctors.

If any concerns or anomalies are discovered from the daily evaluation records monitoring or from the evaluator and proctor QA Reviews, ITS EPS conducts deeper assessments, which may lead to a continuous improvement plan (CIP) for an evaluator or proctor. An assessment may also be conducted based on reports made to ITS of potential issues. This service helps support the ongoing effectiveness and protect the integrity of your OQ program. 

In addition to the monitoring, QA, and assessment services included in our holistic OQ Compliance Management solution, hiring clients have the option to enroll in our Enhanced Assessments Program. Through this program, ITS will further assess clients’ contractors or approved providers and can customize the program parameters for the client’s unique needs
