Evaluator & Proctor Competency
Our interactive and engaging 5-hour training program for Evaluators and Proctors, available remotely or on-site, includes:
- Real-world proctoring and evaluation scenarios
- Hands-on simulated evaluation scenarios
- Regulatory and legal issues related to evaluations
- Evaluators renew credentials annually; operators renew credentials every three years
Proctor Competency
The Proctor Competency program option will be conducted within the virtual ITS EPC training. It will consist of the first hour of EPC, followed by a Computer-Based Exam.
This option requires annual renewal of credentials.

The ITS is IACET-accredited, demonstrating our commitment to
high-quality training.
By completing the course and scoring 80% or higher on the knowledge exam, you will earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
These credits are recognized by leading colleges, universities, and corporations around
the world.

EPC Program Policies
This program is reserved specifically for ITS clients. All attendees must be employed by an ITS Approved User or Approved Provider that has an active contract. For more information, please call us at (800) 333-1566.
Postponement
ITS reserves the right to postpone the training class if the minimum number of attendees has not been met 14 days prior to class. ITS will contact you by phone and email if the minimum attendance is not met. Full refunds will be given if you are unable to attend the next scheduled EPC session.
Cancellation Policy
You will receive a refund if you cancel more than 14 business days in advance. A 20% processing fee will be deducted from each cancellation. ITS will refund 50% of the fee if you cancel within 14 business days of the training date. No-shows will NOT receive a refund.
Rescheduling Policy
You may ask to switch training dates more than 14 days from the scheduled class without additional costs on the initial request. You must complete all rescheduled classes within a calendar year. A request to reschedule within 14 days of the class date may be subject to a $100 transfer fee. If other class dates are not convenient or are full, ITS will refund 50% of the class. You may reschedule only once.
