Mrs. Balmer has served ITS through various roles in the company for 34 years. Since 2013, Stephanie has served as President and Chief Operations Officer. Throughout her tenure at ITS, she has been a member of various local, state, and national industry associations and committees, showing her commitment to building long-lasting customer relationships and sharing the technological growth of our products and services with the industry.
