On March 18, 2022, the State of New York Public Service Commission released a memorandum and resolution adopting amendments to 16 NYCRR PART 255 as found in CASE 19-G-0736. By April 1, 2023, operators are required to have a written OQ program consistent with the revised regulations outlined in the new rule. Additionally, the OQ program must be reviewed once every two calendar years not to exceed 27 months. This only affects operators and contractors in the state of New York.
