Disclaimer of Liability for Evaluator Actions The evaluator shall use his/her independent judgment in making a determination as to proficiency and competency of the student in completing the performance evaluation, with ITS assuming no liability relative to an evaluator’s determination that a student is qualified or unqualified by an evaluator.
